It’s been a long, bleak winter at Rebel Farms. Freezes wiped out many of the crops that managed to survive Hurricanes Ian & Nicole. But with a lot of hard work, research and better soil management the farm is coming to life. Our 60+ Avocado trees are full of flowers our 100+ citrus trees are setting fruit as are our peaches, pears, apples, blueberries, mulberry’s, mangoes, loquats, sapotes and cherry trees. Our guava, soursop, and 100+ banana trees are waking up from a long slumber and we’re anticipating an excellent harvest this year. It’s been a while since we’ve felt pride in showing off our crops and the agricultural side of the farm. But get ready. This is only the beginning y’all.
